When Dancing Bear Aspen expanded into an adjacent property, Matter led the design of interior architecture for the residences and public spaces, including space planning, finishes and selections, millwork, lighting design, furniture, accessories and art.

VISION

Dancing Bear had an opportunity to develop 10 additional three-bedroom, three and a half bathroom residences and a state-of-the-art spa. The new building, Mountainside, needed to echo the property's bold and contemporary design while using a fresh color palette and selections to create a distinctive look and feel.

EXECUTION

Each fractional residence is designed to feel warm, personal, and immediately inviting. By planning the spaces with precision, we were able to create spacious dining and living areas for residences that had a smaller square footage than those in the original building.

DETAIL

The oversized steam room in Dancing Bear's Spa features hand-carved stone loungers, a tranquil waterfall wall with dousing station, an i-sopod float therapy station, an O2 lounge bar and custom finishes throughout. An unforgettable spa experience distinguishes Dancing Bear as a unique destination.
